My wife used this store to help replace a battery in a Garden watering system. the staff were extremely helpful. They were able to unscrew the battery cover, which she had been unable to do so, and replaced. Always get good service here,

The customer service in this store was absolutely fabulous. We visited today 09/08/2023. We called them up and confirmed they had the stock, and we then drove a few hours to pick up. They even brought out the items we purchased to the car. Thank you very much for your help. :)

The Hardware Store is an awesome locally owned hardware store. They have everything u could need to fix or build a house!! They have a little bit of everything! Everyone was more than happy to help out, and I got great advice on how best to go about fixing a hole in a plasterboard wall myself. (And thanks to them, I did!!) I haven't received such awesome customer service in a long time! They truly r THE Hardware Store! 🤩

Grant and his team are exceptional on delivering on products and promises they make. Only a phone call away but has a vast depth of suppliers and contractors he can call on for advice for any situation. Been using them for years and will continue! PS. Heard Josh wants to start driving the trucks more often said he can swing the Crane as good as the best of them!

Great spot, enough parking and drive through pick up for larger items. Forget bunnings, or at least try here first. Super friendly team and local service. I found the wall plugs I needed without searching 39 isles of stuff, and was in and out in minutes. No sausages in bread, no families wandering around aimlessly, so 'self checkouts'. If you're a local, this hardware store beats the drive to alexandria or ashfield hands down.
